Group Sessions provide a template for building communication skills, anchoring social responsibility, and learning to share and communicate with compassionate care and skill.

We organize group sessions to help our clients with individual healing and relational processing and support. Our groups are a road-map for living a life of increased balance and relational harmony.

We apply eco-consciousness through exploring 5 element wisdom of personal character and environmental nature.

  • A unique opportunity to explore and transform patterns of limitation through meditation, mindful writing, movement and creative expression. 

  • Live virtual meetings, group reflection & study assignments. Basic Sanity is a pre-requiste.

  • The mandala is recognized by many cultural traditions as a working model to center and attain inner peace. Within this type of inclusive systems thinking, as awareness is gained and skillful processing applied, the beauty of the whole, which includes dark and light allows one to transform limitations and find peace within.
